Can't make Sharepoint connection

Hello,
We’re having trouble making a Sharepoint connection.
The same credentials that work with other tools don’t seem to work with the Oxygen panel, we get authentication errors no matter how we enter credentials that work in any other tool.
I've verified the login details (domain, address, users and pwds) with the SharePoint admin and no one can figure out why it doesn't work.
Any ideas?
