Hello,

Yes, oXygen has a Design view that allows the user to visually edit an XML schema (XSD).
oXygen's Design view makes it easy to add schema components, reorganize them using Drag & Drop, edit the components in place and so on.

A very useful video demonstration which shows how to create and work with XML schemas in oXygen and the visual editing support can be found in the Resources > Videos section on our website, at:
