Is there an XSL sheet corresponding to oxygen's xml formatter?

Here should go questions about transforming XML with XSLT and FOP.

Is there an XSL sheet corresponding to oxygen's xml formatter?

Post by pmac »

I would like to be able to batch-format (transform) dita files the same way as oxygen does (it's nice clean format/indenting) ... to clean up files edited by sophisticated tools like vi

thanks

No, there is no XSL stylesheet that could help you (A stylesheet looses character entities for instance).

However, we have a feature request that is already registered in our issue tracking system, for a formatting action available on the project files. The idea is to simply select a set of files (or even folders) from the project and format them using a contextual action. I have increased the priority of this issue.

We will notify you when this feature will be available.

OK. I was kindof fearing that it would be a bit too hard to emulate in an external XSL sheet.

Thanks
