Link to forums under Help menu

There's a link to the Oxygen website, but what would be me useful to me would be a link to the forums.

Bonus points: Provide a form in Oxygen for me to fill out which will create a thread in the forums. Allows me to ask for help, features, or report bugs (well, actually you have this feature already for “Report Problem…”) with a much lower barrier of entry than switching to the browser.

While a link to the forum is reasonable to have in Oxygen, the "bonus points" request is a bit over the top.
Bugs(and even feature requests) can already be reported from Help -> Report Problem(as you've observed). We would rather have the problems and requests reported via email("Report Problem" sends an email). Also, some people prefer to report things anonymously.

Maybe we can diversify the Report Problem dialog to also cover feature and improvement requests.
