Schematron doesn't run automatically on DITA maps

I have a custom framework that integrates our Schematron rules. It works will when I open topics in Oxygen, but if I open a map (either in the map manager or the editor), it doesn't run. I have to manually select it from the Validate with... menu option. Is this by design that Schematron doesn't run against maps, or is there an adjustments I need to make in my framework file?

Hi Bill,

In the Oxygen Preferences->"Document Type Association" page there are two base frameworks "DITA" and "DITA Map". You probably extended the "DITA" framework with your custom changes but you should also make changes to the "DITA Map" framework which is used for editing and validating DITA Maps.
