Transformation Failed

Hi I am using <oXygen/> XML Author 19.1, build 2018122811, and unable to publish pdf, following are the error details i am getting.

Please suggest what could be the possible reason for it. The validation is successful of ditamap.

Hi,

After the transformation fails there should be a "DITA OT" console tab at the bottom of the application containing all the logging information received from the publishing engine. Could you maybe save that output to a separate file and send it to us via email (support@oxygenxml.com)?
You should also try to install and use in parallel (with a trial license) for tests a newer Oxygen version (our newest Oxygen version is 21.0) because we add lots of improvements and bug fixes to the PDF processors between releases.
