In an xml in Oxygen, I want to have below logic.,
Chapter 1
XXXXXXXXXX
chapter 1.1
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
chapter 1.2
xxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxx
all content are shown in the same xml or published in html and the chapter 1.1 and chapter 1.2 can be folded as below, you can click chapter 1.1 or chaopter1.2 to unfold it. how to create this founction?

What type of documentation framework are you using? Is it DITA?
If yes, could you please specify what transformation scenario have you used to produce the output? DITA Map WebHelp Responsive?
In this case, you can use the DITA chunking mechanism (you should probably use the chunk="to-content" attribute set on the root map or on the first-level chapter topics). A few links to useful resources:
