Lock/Unlock Tags For Eclipse Plugin

I use the Lock/Unlock XML tag feature of the stand-alone editor quite a bit. It is very useful, and it would be great if this feature was implemented in the Eclipse plugin too. For it to be as effective as it is in the stand-alone editor, two things need to happen:

1) implement lock/unlock XML tags functionality within Eclipse
2) add an option for the lock/unlock toolbar button in Eclipse showing whether or not a document is locked

In the stand-alone editor, this feature is found on the menu: Document|Source It is also available when the Source toolbar buttons are enabled.
