How to fill colors in particular table cells.

The toc numbering is fine till one digit no. only. When a two digit no. appears the heading shift to next line.

Please help.

Here i wish to apply 'keep with next' feature on the task step, so that it always accompanies it's supporting illustration.

I am using hazardstatement tag in my doc. for warning and cautions. It is showing perfect in oxygen working screen. BUT is distorted after pdf transformation.
