Can I use one of the Web Author plugins to connect to our Bitbucket server and access DITA content there?

Before Oxygen Author 18.1 I remember that if I opened a topic in Author view, oXygen Author would select and highlight this topic in the DITA Maps Manager view. This doesn't seem to be happening for me any more.
Can I turn back on this feature?

My interim fix is to change my <reltable> entries to <related-link> entries. This seems to stop the extra html file being generated and so allows me to implement working cross-references.
