Adding buttons to webhelp classic header
I am need of adding a button next to the oldframes and printlink button (top right in the framesLink div).
I understand that images can be utilized as Base64 in the CSS skin, and I have created a class in webhelp_topic.css.
Can anyone provide some pointers on the files involved in working with these?

Non-filtering and passing attribute values
Hello, I have a need to generate an HTML output that does not filter content during the transform and also passes all attribute values through to the resulting WebHelp. The first part is easy enough; just by not applying a profile during transformation. But is there any way to retain (pass through) ...

Filtering webhelp with URL variables
Hello, I am being asked if filtering the webhelp content is possible using url variables (i.e. <path>?product="XXX"). So that, if a URL is passed with a specific product variable, we can filter visible content dynamically. I guess what I need for initial direction is: - how to add script c...

Re: overwrite existing footer
In a related issue to this... I am working with the WebHelp Classic transform and trying to replace the footer with the webhelp.footer.file parameter. It all seems to accept it ok, but when transformed, it shows the footer only on the right half of the topic. https://s11.postimg.org/vn72n58yr/Half_f...

Re: Inserting an iframe within a webhelp topic
I was able to get the video playing fine within the topic pointing to the html page that hosts the video. This was done within the object element data attribute.

Inserting an iframe within a webhelp topic
I am in need of presenting an external web page within a webhelp topic. This is to display a video that has a video TOC built into the page.
I thought maybe using the <object> might work, but I cannot get that happening.
Is there a preferred method to do this (much like an iframe in HTML)?

Re: WebHelp Print Preview Issue
Hi Bogdan Thanks for the reply. The version I am using is 17.1, build 2016032212. All docs are hosted on a web server with Chrome as the venue for Print Preview as IE does not allow this feature. I will be researching further in different platforms/environments while waiting for a response. If it is...

Defaulting prolog in Author mode
Hello,
I am trying to collapse the prolog by default (it's quite lengthy) when opening a topic in Author mode.
I have tried adding the following to the dita.css file:
prolog{
visibility:-oxy-collapse-text;
}
Obviously not using this correctly. Please provide direction. Thanks!!

Re: Webhelp navigation pane repeating in content area
Well, that appears to be the issue. The offending output was C:/out/${pn}/${date(yyyy-MM-dd)}/webhelp - it tried to include the project name (there is none for this instance). When I modified that to read C:/out/${cfne}/${date(yyyy-MM-dd)}/webhelp, to include the ditamap filename in place of the pro...

Re: Webhelp navigation pane repeating in content area
I should state that if I access the same DITA-OT, skin, and same exact files through a virtual machine, the transform works as it should. Only when I try to transform natively does it produce the error.

Adding javascript just before closing body tag
Hi,
Using O17.1, I'm trying to add a script just before the closing body tag of all webhelp topics. Searching the forum, I cannot locate the file in which to place the code.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
