Re: Nav links not wrapping in wh_publication_toc
Thanks for the reminder to always go back to the foundation and go up from there. This was using Oxygen 20.0 with the Responsive transform. We have some customization that seems to be forcing compatibility to IE10, even though there is no direct js code indicating as such. When I pull out all the cu...

Nav links not wrapping in wh_publication_toc
Hi, This is regarding responsive webhelp output. I have issues where the items in the left Navigation pane (wh_publication_toc) are not wrapping. The text overflows into the content area. This happens only in Internet Explorer and I have exhausted all my wits working with IE's compatibility mode. I ...

Re: Issue including webhelp.head.script
This seems to have revisited us when using our 20.0 webhelp transforms with Oxygen 20.1. for the fragment webhelp.fragment.head , the value of C:\DITA\oXygen Files\fragments\WebHelp_Responsive_head.xml works well as a parameter in 20.0. Everything transforms as desired/expected. When I use the same ...

Expand width of open file in Author mode
I understand that we can increase/decrease the size of the font in the Author mode, which is a help. However, is there a way we can make better use of the space available in the Editor window when in Author mode? https://s8.postimg.cc/fjkx2dqc5/2018-08-30_8-36-33.png Crtl/Cmd+ScrollWheel would be a ...

Re: Expand/Collapse content by clicking the Title/Caption
For anyone interested, I managed a solution with jquery. This goes in the document.ready function // ========== EXPANDABLE/COLLAPSIBLE TITLES // Creates a new class (clickableTitle) for the parent of each .wh_expand_btn found. // See the related function in the Functions section below. $("span....

Expand/Collapse content by clicking the Title/Caption
Is there a built-in way by which we can extend the wh_expand_btn functionality to include clicking the titles? For example, it's much easier to be able to click a section title to expose content than to click the 18x16 expand button.

FileNotFoundException for ditaval
I am working with several authors that have an issue with a ditaval. We all have the same environment setup (same paths, files, etc). When they open a ditaval in oXygen Editor, validation results in: System ID: D:\oXygen Files\ditavals\DynamicProfiling.ditaval Main validation file: D:\oXygen Files\d...

Highlighting phrases (and not individual words)
When we run a search in the published webhelp (responsive), the returned results highlight not only the phrase searched for but also any individual word in that search phrase. for example, searching for "down the rabbit hole" would highlight that entire phrase as expected, but also highlig...

Responsive WebHelp top menu double-click issue
I have an issue in which a topic with children does not display the parent topic from the menu unless it is double-clicked. The children appear as expected when hovering over the parent. All other topics with no children appear when single clicked.
Any help on troubleshooting this is appreciated!

Re: Failure publishing from Data Source Explorer
Thanks for the reply, Alin. The SharePoint Browser did not work. It presented the same issues as trying to use the Data Source Explorer. However! - your idea of mapping the SP repository with a network drive works great! It's another step in setting up our process, but once it's mapped it stays mapp...
