Re: Make working sets a global option?
Hi Radu, Thank you so much for the quick reply. Great that there is this extra preference! There was not hint to that preference on this help page https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/24.0/ug-editor/topics/dita-reusable-components-view.html#dita-reusable-components-view__working-sets-dlentry A not...

"Update the reference to the image" doesn't update the reference?
Hello, In the documentation (https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/24.0/ug-editor/topics/author-contextual-menu.html) it says: Save image as Available when the contextual menu is invoked on a local, external, or embedded image. This action opens a dialog box where you can choose a location in the l...

Make working sets a global option?
Hello, I was wondering if it could be possible to make the working sets a global option? We have one xpr file that is used by all authors, and at the moment, the working sets can only be saved in that file. I think it could make sense to save working sets only on a per-author-basis, because we don't...

Webhelp Responsive. Use ALT content for zoomed images in pop-up window?
Hi, For quality purposes, we often create inline images with a bigger size that are scaled down with the width attribute to make them fit within a line of text. However, this enables a user to click on the image which is then shown in its original size in the modal. Although this is acceptable behav...

Re: Override sidetoc.xsl aria-label
Hi Alin,
This works like a charm. Thank you so much for this detailed description! This helps me a lot.
I did not have the slightest idea what to do to make the oxygen:getParameter() function work.
Best regards,
Christina

Override sidetoc.xsl aria-label
Hello, We have set our focus on making our webhelp responsive output as accessible as possible. I've noticed that in some XSL files, some aria-labels haven't been localized yet. Tried to add them myself and failed. I've only got to the point that at least our customized strings-en-us.xml file...

Localizing a JavaScript modal popover?
Hello, I've managed to integrate a JavaScript modal popover into our webhelp responsive output, i.e. you click an icon and the popover opens and gives you some infomation. Is there a good and easy way to localize this popover? I would like the popover to show the relevant localized text. I thought m...

Re: Parameter clarification
Hi Radu, Thanks for your reply. It must have been disabled in my previous version 22.1 - for whatever reason that was, and as I had used the same project file in that version, the later version told me to reload the xpr file. Next time I know that I should not do this. Thanks for clarifying. Regards...

Hi, I was comparing Oxy 22.1 and 23.0 settings, had to reload my project file at some time (I don't remember in which version), because Oxygen told me there was a change, and all of a sudden, there was this parameter in my 23.0 .xpr file :o : <entry> <String>document.type.use.grammar.cache</String> ...

Hi, Bringing this up because this is reproducible in 20.1, 22.1 and 23.0. My colleague wanted to update the existing DITA golive date in the main ditamap from 2021-01-29 to 2021-02-01 using the datePicker. As soon as she selected February from the datePicker, Oxygen froze, and the whole editing area...

Hi Adrian,
My colleague only has Oxygen XML Author installed. So there's no chance of alternating between Author and Editor.
I'm running out of ideas.
Best,
Christina

Hi Adrian, I asked my colleage to check what's happening: This morning, when she started her computer, the projectEditingStateAuthor22.1.xml file contained all references to the files that had been open yesterday when she closed Oxygen. Then she opened Oxygen. All files were reopened. Then she close...

Hello, We would like to track what our users search in our webhelp responsive output and what link they click on the search page. Re: Help with Authoring Action in Oxy 23.0
Hi Alex, Thanks for your quick reply. But this action is normally not actively invoked by an author. They just save their documents ...

Hi Cosmin,
My tests were on existing old topics that contained prolog information.
I've now created a new topic. Only my user name is inserted correctly, but the created and revised dates are not added or changed.
Thanks,
Christina
