Re: CSS styling for specialization

Never mind, it seems that if I did it the way you described, instead of hard-coding the css, the tables started to work too.

Thanks!

Re: CSS styling for specialization

Ok, thanks. Yes, this was only a quick test, so I am going to use the dtd mapping through the catalog file in the finished specialization. But I have a follow-up question regarding the css styling. As I said it worked better when I used the css_classed task.css. But apparently not quite perfectly an...

Re: CSS styling for specialization

Sorry, my mistake. Apparently I was using the wrong version of the CSS. When I used the ones under css_classed it worked fine. The second part of the question still stands, though, how to get the association set once and for all for a specialization and template? Also, I was wondering about the synt...

CSS styling for specialization

Hi, I read on your site that if you have a specialization (for DITA), the default CSS should be able to handle it because it looks at the class attributes. I'm going to create a specialization, but just wanted to make sure this would work before I do it. So I tried the specialization made in the Lon...

Re: Filter values dialog

Ok, great. And version 12 is a free update if you have 11.2?

Filter values dialog

Hi, I'm not sure if this feature exists or not, but I can't find it: in some other editors I've worked with there has been some sort of simple feature for filling in ditaval filtering values. I think it's called profiling tool in Arbortext for instance, and XMetal has a similar one. Basically it's a...

Re: How can I hide elements that are not used often?

Ok. I can look into the Java extensions too. But I suspect it would almost be easier then to override (specialize) the dtd. Just to make sure though, if I do specialize the dtd (either by removing some elements or adding new ones by inheriting and overriding existing ones), will that work in code co...

Re: How can I hide elements that are not used often?

I'm referring to hiding elements in the content completion dropdown (like intellisense), and specifically for DITA. Our writers only use a subset of the elements so many of them are merely distracting.

How can I hide elements that are not used often?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible (and if so how) to hide elements that are not used very often? I guess I could modify the dtds, but I was hoping there would be a simpler way directly in the editor, or some configuration file.

Thanks,

Anders

Avoid deleting temp folder and debugging

Hi! I want to debug dita ot for pdf rendering, and found this post: http://www.oxygenxml.com/forum/topic3560.html However, the temp folder mentioned in this post is deleted everytime I render a ditamap. I know a way to fix it by giving myself change privileges on the dita ot folder and then modifyin...
