Re: Publishing a webhelp with multiple submaps and keysmaps - dublicate graphics

Hi Heidi, We could look into this and see if we could find a better suggestion for you, but to investigate the issue we first need you to send us a small sample DITA Map hierarchy that we could use to reproduce the same behavior at our side. Feel free to send a complete DITA Map in an as minimal for...

Re: Make entire box clickable

Hi, Please note that is not necessary for the fragment to be a valid HTML. All that matters is that the fragment should be a well-formed XML, as also mentioned in the How to Insert HTML Content topic from our User-Guide. Also, at line 15, in the template's description you did not specify any placeho...

The only WebHelp transformation scenario that we keep maintaining is the modern DITA Map WebHelp Responsive transformation scen...

Hi jonathanm,

There is a dedicated button in the WebHelp output which does exactly that.
It can "toggle search highlights" and has a highlighter-like icon. Please see the screenshot below:

Hi luodan, If you want to rename the default "Related information" title all over the publication, you could use the localization support in WebHelp, by creating a plugin through which you could modify the existing strings with the ones of your own. You should read this section from the We...

Re: Webhelp search doesn't find term that is present on html-page

Hi mbur1, The issue seems to reside in the incorrect language the content in your DITA Map is indexed by the WebHelp indexer. For the indexer to consider terms in German language, you should explicitly set the language for your DITA Map to German. To do that, you could either do it manually, by addi...

To match only the publication title, you should use a selector with a higher specificity (like the class associated to the publication title element)...

Re: Adjusting the text in the header section of WebHelp Responsive output

Hi Susanne, There is no dedicated transformation parameter which could be used to do that, but that could be most probably achieved through an XSLT extension, indeed. For example, you could look at this custom publishing template on GitHub , which we created and uses an XSLT Extension to add a prefi...

Hi felixliu,

This is intended behavior - only images with down-scaling are opened in a pop-up.
More specific, this functionality occurs only when you click an image whose display size is lower than the natural size of the source image.
