Print webhelp topic without navigation
When clicking on the print icon the resulting page also includes the navigation.
Is it possible to print a webhelp topic without the navigation?
Thanks!

Generate text for collection-type="choice"
How can I extend Webhelp Responsive to generate text above the child links for collection-type="choice"? This text would say something like, "Please chose from the following options." The author's intent is to have a user choose from one of the nested topics, but that is not clea...

Hungarian table titles
I need to change the order of the table title number for Hungarian Webhelp Responsive output.
I noticed in the HTML5 and XHTML plugins this has already been done.
What is the best way to add this to Webhelp Responsive?
Thanks,
Leroy

Re: Responsive Webhelp: include bookmap xml:lang value to footer of main page
I figured out a way to handle this using an XSLT extension. I defined a variable for the xsl.dita2webhelp XSLT extension. <xsl:variable name="lang" select="/*/@*:lang"/> But it didn't work for main, search and IndexTerm pages. I found $WEBHELP_DITAMAP_URL in the map-xpath macro t...

Re: Responsive Webhelp: include bookmap xml:lang value to footer of main page
Now that I have the xml:lang value in the footer I would also like to use a whc:macro to add the revision number from /bookmap/bookmeta/publisherinformation/published/revisionid . I would also like to pull in a string value for "Revision" which I already have translated for all languages. ...

Re: type="notice" attribute for note and hazardstatement elements
Thanks Radu. I was able to get the type="notice" translation string to work. I had to rename it notice-GE and add a special conditional statement to specifically pull in that variable. I can share the code if anyone else has the same issue.
Thanks,
Leroy

Re: type="notice" attribute for note and hazardstatement elements
Thanks for the response. I was able to fix the issue for English output. However, the translated string for "Notice" is still not coming through. I created a localization plugin and added the string to strings-de-de.xml. I also modified (Dude!) a few others to make sure this file is being ...

I created a custom template package and published it on my local DITA-OT (3.1.3) and it works just fine using the following parameter. -Dwebhelp.publishing.template=CustomGE.zip I uploaded the zip to Astoria CMS (same version DITA-OT 3.1.3 with the Webhelp Responsive plugin v21). Re: Responsive Webhelp: include bookmap xml:lang value to footer of main page
Thanks for the information. I got this to work, but if the parent map doesn't have an xml:lang attribute the defualt value (en) isn't included. no-lang.png Is there a way to show the default value (en) if the xml:lang attribute is empty? Or, if there is no xml:lang value, can the entire HTML fragmen...

Use the same string files for both Webhelp Responsive and PDF5.ml?
Is there a way to use the same set of string files for both Webhelp Responsive and PDF5.ml? Currently we reference them within the plugins. If we have to make a change, we need to make it in 2 files. Hi Costin, Cool, thanks for the info. We publish to webhelp responsive through a DITA-OT installed on Astoria. Using a parameter to specify a template will be helpful because we will need different output for different publication types. Just curious, is there a way to "hard-code" a defaul...

Alter DITA validation to ignore ISO Schematron warning
When we run DITA map validation, we get some warnings that we don’t care about, and they really clutter up the results. We aren’t going to fix them, so it would be better to just not report them at all. (I also wonder if the map validation would be faster if we didn’t check for these? That would be ...
