Re: Override sample DITA attribute values
Hi Radu Thanks for your answers. The Subject Scheme Maps are indeed something to look into. The thing is, we pull your Oxygen during the build process of our software. That said, the profiling attributes are all pre-set with your default values. I am looking for an option now to change them in a pos...

Override sample DITA attribute values
Hi there Is it possible to override the sample attribute values defined for audience, platform, product, props, otherprops and rev? Are those values (expert, novice, mac, solaris, etc.) stored somewhere so I can provide my own values for them? The reason I ask is, we define and manage our metadata a...

Re: Eclipse integration and conditional publishing
Dear Radu Let me disucss this with our developers and get back to you. Thanks for your open approach. In short, our publication process looks as follows: 1. Open map 2. Select map and click custom publish button 3. Select output format (OT standard, today PDF, WebHelp and HTMLHelp) 4. Pre-process DI...

Re: Eclipse integration and conditional publishing
Hi Radu Thanks for this information. I have thought you create a DITAVAL file somehow in the background. The profiling settings are a nice and userfriendly way to produce such a filter file. Does this mean you have no technical way to access the profiling information or won't you allow it for users ...

Eclipse integration and conditional publishing
Good day We use Oxy-Author (V17) as the XML editor in an Eclipse-based CMS. We also want to provide conditional filtering during publication. Solution 1 would be to do that with Ditaval. Solution 2 with the Oxy-internal profiling/conditional text. I would favor Solution 2 because it lets the user ea...

Submaps in TocJs
Hi all I wonder why a sub-map (a nested map in a map via mapref) does not appear in a published TocJs Webhelp output. I thought that the sub-map forms itself an own chapter-level, but the topic therein appears on the same level as all other topics of the main map and I do not see the sub-map's title...
