Re: "Document could not be loaded" error in Web Author Test Server Add-on

Hello, It seems that the Web Author Test Server Add-on is not picking up your framework. One limitation of the add-on that comes to mind is that it cannot load frameworks with "internal" storage [1]. In order to find more details about the error you can open the browser developer tools (by...

Re: Updating Cross Reference Text Between Files [Oxygen XML Web Author]

Hello, For example, I have two xml documents: docOne.xml and docTwo.xml. If docTwo.xml has a reference to a title in docOne.xml - and the title in docOne.xml is updated, I would like that change to be reflected in docTwo.xml (when it refreshes - does not have to be in real time). I tested with DITA ...

Re: Using Javascript with Oxygen XML Web Author to Collapse/Uncollapse Sections

Hello, First, is it possible to change the styling to move the arrow into a psudo element tag? I create section headers using element:before - and I would like to move the arrow into the before section. I have tried to modify the css on my end, but I can't get it to work properly. In general, no. I ...

Re: Using Javascript with Oxygen XML Web Author to Collapse/Uncollapse Sections

Hello, In version 19.0, Web Author has builtin support for expanding/collapsing sections. You can find more details about how to configure it here [1]. If you have an use-case that is not covered by this support, please let us know. Best, Cristian [1] https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/19.0/ug-e...

Re: Replicating Profiling/Filtering Behaviour in Web Author

Hello, 1. You can implement some partial functionality using the current API. Basically you...

Re: Oxygen Web Author CSS is Overwriting Document CSS

Hello, You are right, Web Author creates a wrapper "div" element around the table and if you specify a width for the table it is not taken into account. We registered an issue about this. We will fix this in a maintenance build for Web Author 19. As a workaround, you can use JS to inject a...

Hello, Unfortunately, Web Author does not have a mode in which it would present the resolved bookmap by default. However, the whole magic happens in ro.sync.ecss.extensions.dita.map.topicref.DITAMapRefResolver. This is part of the DITA framework whose sources are available here [1]. In the desktop a...
