Re: Autocompletion of xref:s in multipart docbooks when using XInclude?

Hi, From what I understand you want to insert an xref in your document and the content completion list of an xref attribute contains only the IDs declared in the document (not in the XIncluded content). What is the name of this attribute? You said that all defined Id:s within the same document shows...

Re: Resolving Cross References

Hello, You can use an XPath expression in the CSS for the callout element, to evaluate the index of the figure that has the same id with its assocfig attribute value, something like: callout{ content:oxy_concat( " Figure ", oxy_xpath(oxy_concat( "index-of(//figure/@id, \"", ...

Re: CSS display block and line break

Hi Vincent, I suspect that the Comment element is a space-preserve element. In this case all the white spaces are presented in its content, in Author mode. You can check if the element has a space-preserve content by pressing ENTER inside the element content. If the content completion menu contains ...

For the moment we don't offer the possibility to customize the placeholder coloring.
Are you interested to set the same color for all placeholders in the document or to customize them depending on the element name?

Best regards,

Re: CSS display block and line break

Hi Vincent,

The line breaks appears in Author mode, right?
I understand that you have the CSS display:block property set for par element. What is the display property value for its Comment parent element (inline or block)?

Re: XML Structure Outline Title display

Hi Mutzel, 1) We have added a new support in oXygen 13.2 SDK (the 13.2 version will be released in January 2012) for customizing the rendering information (the node rendered text, tooltip and icon) used to display a node in the Outline view (including in Text mode), Author bread crumb, Content Compl...

Re: Improve the user input...

Hi Vincent, What you can do is to use the oXygen CSS extension to impose the placeholder for empty elements. By default oXygen presents the element name as placeholder, but you can change this by using the placeholder-content CSS property. The following CSS sample changes the placeholder for all ele...

Hello, Thank you for the samples send on the support email address. The book sample has no title specified, and it seems that this is what generates the problem. I have registered this issue in our internal issue tracker and we will try to fix it. What you can do is to specify a title element in you...

Hi Andrea, By using the Author SDK you can customize each of the document types defined in oXygen. Re: XML Structure Outline Title display

Hi Mutzel, The elements presented in the Outline view can be filtered directly only by name (using the outline filter text field). You could however customize the Outline content by using our Java based Author SDK : implement a ro.sync.ecss.extensions.api.structure.AuthorOutlineCustomizer (which all...

Re: Changing Default Attribute Values

Hi Rob, oXygen uses DITA Open Toolkit to process DITA documents. The DTDs and XSL stylesheets from the DITA Open Toolkit are packed in the oXygen distribution, and you can found them inside the [Oxygen-install-folder]/frameworks/dita/DITA-OT folder. You can change the default value of the placement ...

Re: text-align : justify ?

Hi Vincent, The fact that we don't support the value justify of the text-align CSS property means that the text is not rendered as justified in the Author mode, but when you transform the documents the property is taken into account and it is applied on the output (if the transformation engine suppo...

If you just want to find the node at caret position:

Code: Select all

int caretOffset = authorAccess.getEditorAccess().getCaretOffset();
AuthorNode nodeAtCaret = authorAccess.getDocumentController().
