Re: Topicmeta end tag is not in the right location
Thanks! It looks like it's working on your trial version which is version 26. For now, Ixiasoft only supports version 25. We will wait for an Ixiasoft upgrade.

Re: Topicmeta end tag is not in the right location
Hi Sorin,
Yes it does happen with every topicmeta that contains a navtitle and a shortdesc. We might have some minor framework customizations but nothing on the bookmap that I'm aware of. We are using the version of oXygen web that comes with Ixiasoft 6.8.315.
Thanks!
Micaela

Topicmeta end tag is not in the right location
Hi there,
When working on a bookmap in author mode, the <topicmeta> in <part> have start and end tags are in the incorrect places. I'm not sure if this is the only context this is not working in but can add to the thread if I find any more.
Thanks!
Micaela

Would like to accept or reject all track changes in a topic
Hi there,
My team would like to be able to accept or reject all change tracking in a topic, rather than going through each change and accepting or rejecting.
Thanks!
Micaela

Keys don't render when show.changes.and.comments=yes
Hi there, I'm trying to render a PDF with the parameter, show.changes.and.comments set to "yes." I have a paragraph that contains keys and is deleted with change tracking on. In this paragraph, the key doesn't render. Is there a way to show the rendered key? <?oxy_delete author="micae...

Re: context-help-map has duplicate entries
Hi, If I remove the second instance of the same topic, or if I remove references to those topics from the reltable, the repetition doesn't happen. Unfortunately, we can't do either in a map with real content. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE bookmap PUBLIC "-...

New Chemistry error
Hi there, One of my colleagues noticed a new message when generating output with PDF Chemistry. It doesn't look like it affects the output but we would like to understand what it means and I can't find documentation for it online. [CH] String-valued property starts with quote but doesn't end with qu...

Re: Enhanced XML text view authoring
Hi there, My team uses DTDs, though I'm working with a trial version of oXygen web in the short term (I don't have access to the cCMS quite yet). I'm playing around with the flower content which uses DTDs, for example: <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?> <!DOCTYPE topic PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD...

Re: Enhanced XML text view authoring
Hi Cristian, Yes, we use DITA but we're not seeing the element suggestions available when using text mode in the web version. Do we need to do anything to turn that functionality on? Here's the autocomplete suggestions in oXygen XML: image.png With the out of the box config, we type the open tag our...

Enhanced XML text view authoring
Hi there, My team is using a cCMS and as a result, I have advanced users that are starting to use oXygen web for the first time. Some advanced users find working in text mode easier in the desktop oXygen Author application. They find that the text mode in oXygen web doesn't have some of the features...

Re: @id on <row> causes issues in Content Fusion
Hi there, Thanks for looking into this. The CSS files that we have don't include any rules like that. I've tried recreating the issue in a brand new topic and didn't see that the row was grayed out or uneditable either. The writer that noticed the problem is still experiencing the issue, but he will...

@id on <row> causes issues in Content Fusion
Hi there, My colleague tried sending a topic for review using Content Fusion. In that topic, there is a table with a row that is grayed out - reviewers can't leave comments or suggest updates inside that row. What we found was that when we put @id on <row>, that row becomes uneditable. When you remo...

Re: Possible bug when reverting a branch to an older commit (and a small Git Branch Manager suggestion)
Thanks, Sorin! The link you sent me says that revert is an operation that affects a public branch and reset affects a local branch (or at least that's my understanding of the link), so I would expect to be able to make the revert public. Sorry if there's still something obvious I am missing. When I ...

Possible bug when reverting a branch to an older commit (and a small Git Branch Manager suggestion)
Hi there, I've been playing around with the Git connector and I think I may have found an issue when trying to revert a branch in the Git History/Staging views. Here's how to reproduce: 1. Make sure the local and remote branches are in sync and that there are at least two commits on the remote and l...

Re: Need to pass through resource files during webhelp transformation
Thank you very much! For now this is kind of a one-off scenario and it works to copy and paste the resource folder and its sub-structure into the out folder. There's a chance we will need to integrate HTML files more often in the future so a new parameter could be really helpful.

Need to pass through resource files during webhelp transformation
Hi there, I have a bookmap that I am trying to publish to Webhelp Responsive. In my bookmap, I have a topicref that is pointing to a local HTML file (has format="html", scope="local"). That HTML file points to a bunch of different local resources that aren't coming through to the...

oXygen comments aren't pulled down from CF server
Hi there, My colleague uploaded two DITA topics to our Content Fusion server. An SME reviewed those topics and added oXygen comments, but didn't try to change any of the actual content. When my colleague tried to pull the comments down locally, CF/oXygen reported no changes were made, even though he...
