PDF publishing errors after upgrade to 24
Hello! We recently upgraded to Oxygen 24 and our PDF transformations are failing with the following error: "You don't have permission to save in the location: '${homedir}/DITA-output/pdf'. Please edit the 'Output directory' option in the transformation scenario." This is happening in both ...

DITA Map XHTML transform adds extra attribute information
Hello, In my source DITA, I store attribute info that is used to map content in a context-sensitive help gadget. It looks like this: <div id="5033" product="platform" /> When I transform to a single HTML file using the chunk to-content attribute on the map tag, the output in HTML...

resourceid in single HTML topic
Hello, I am generating a single HTML file with all of my topics from my ditamap compiled using the DITA Map XHTML transform and a chunk to-content attribute on my starting <map> element. Each topic in the ditamap has a resourceid set: <prolog> <resourceid id="5040" appname="platform&q...

Re: DOCX transformation fails
Hi Radu, Thanks for your reply! I was trying to use this method from the help link you sent: https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/23.0/ug-editor/topics/ooxml-to-dita.html#ooxml-to-dita__method_4 I didn't see a DOCX Dita option, so I just used the DOCX option, but I guess that's for creating DITA>W...

DOCX transformation fails
Hello, I'm using Oxygen 20.1 to run a transform to convert a Word file to DITA ( New Transformation > DITA-OT Transformation > DOCX ). It keeps failing with the following error: Transformation failed. C:\Program Files\Oxygen XML Editor 20\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT2.x\plugins\org.dita.base\build_prepro...

Re: Json transformation fails due to default xsl files
Radu, No worries. I might suggest, however, changing "Merge DITA content to single file" in the UI to something like, "Merge DITA content to single XML file" so that it's more clear that that's what you are doing. :D The json file is going to be sitting in our company's main soft...

Re: Json transformation fails due to default xsl files
Radu,
As followup, I was able to use the Merge DITA content to single file transform to make the xml and then the convert it to json in Oxygen (downloaded the plug-in for that). Very slick!
Thanks again for your help.

Re: Json transformation fails due to default xsl files
Radu,
I'm thinking I might need to install this plug-in (in 20.1):
https://github.com/oxygenxml/dita-merged
I'm not sure how to do that though.
Thanks,
Jesse

Re: Json transformation fails due to default xsl files
Hi Radu, I'm using what I think is just a default transformation scenario in the toolkit. I went to Transformation Scenarios > New > DITA OT transformation > json. The thing is - I don't think I need a stylesheet because I just want the raw xml from the topics to be compiled in a single file. One op...

Json transformation fails due to default xsl files
Hello, I am trying to publish the topics in my ditamap to a single xml or json file to be used by a help gadget that is embedded in the product. The file will contain topics that each have unique reference IDs which are used to created context-sensitive tool tips. Anyway, I have created a new transf...
