Re: Web Author not warning when a file is read-only
Thank you very much for sorting all that, and so quickly as well - it's much appreciated!
I'm glad to hear we can use WebDAV for production - although hopefully it will not be needed in a few weeks time.

Re: Web Author not warning when a file is read-only
Thank you for your reply! I'm surprised the WebDAV server is not intended for use in production. I know WebDAV is a bit old, so perhaps that is why? Once our company-wide server is set up in the next few weeks, we'll be using the proper source control connector, but this seemed like a good short ter...

Web Author not warning when a file is read-only
Hello, One of our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) was using Web Author to add a large section of information to an existing DITA document. As our company-wide fully-licensed Web Author system is still in the process of being set up, I suggested he use a trial of Web Author locally so he didn't have to...

Re: Webhelp Responsive search breaking
Hello, Just to follow up - I have discovered that my XML was not well-formed i.e. I was not closing IMG or BR tags (which I had not realised you had to do). Fixing that has fixed the search. I am going to assume that an open XML tag is what breaks everything else. Whilst it is fortunately a nice, ea...

Re: Webhelp Responsive search breaking
Hello, Thank you for your reply! I was going to send you over our files, but I discovered it can still be reproduced with the standard templates that come with oXygen, and the standard sample dita files that come with WebAuthor - which does suggest it's not an issue with our files or changes I have ...

Webhelp Responsive search breaking
Hello, I have been customising my own templates, including using a custom CSS, and more recently, editing the wt_index.html (and related) files. This has all been going well and I'm impressed with how powerful oXygen is for this. However, I made the discovery that the search function has broken some...

Re: Navigation icons for webhelp responsive questions
Thank you very much, that has indeed fixed the problem - and thank you for raising it as an issue as it does seem odd to have navigation disabled on mobile devices.
The fix has also made me aware of how to customise the template, which will come in very handy!

Navigation icons for webhelp responsive questions
Hello, I have oXygen v20.1 and I'm publishing using the webhelp responsive transformation. The navigation icons (navleft, navright, print etc) appear fine on the desktop version of the site, but are nowhere to be seen when viewed on my device. There is no way to navigate through pages at all other t...
