Hide New Configure DITA Context Button
Hi, We would like the ability to hide the new Configure DITA Context button that was introduced in Web Author 26.1, as in the following example: image.png None of our projects are using DITA Projects, and while we are using DITAVALs to produce platform specific deliverables, we would rather have our...

Re: Possible to Hide Excluded Content?
Hi Cosmin, Thank you for this update! We're looking forward to upgrading to Content Fusion 6.2. I would like to confirm the default behavior with you regarding both Web Author and Content Fusion. By default, if a user adds a DITAVAL to either a review task in Content Fusion, or to the DITA Context i...

Re: Possible to Hide Excluded Content?
Hi Mihaela, Thank you for your reply! That's very exciting that you will soon release an update to Content Fusion that will include Web Author v26.1. To answer your questions about our use cases: Do you want to hide the filtered content for all the users or just for some of them? Yes, we want to hid...

Possible to Hide Excluded Content?
I saw that Web Author 26.1 includes a new URL parameter hide.filtered.content that can be used to hide any content that is excluded by a DITAVAL instead of graying it out. Does this same capability exist in Content Fusion 6.1? If not, do you have any suggestions for how we can enable the same functi...

Re: How to Move Position of Custom Action Icon on Toolbar
Hi,
I believe I can accomplish this using the splice() method to alter the DITA toolbar array.
I will reply back if I encounter any issues with this method.
Thanks!
Daniel

How to Move Position of Custom Action Icon on Toolbar
Hi, We added a new custom action in Web Author to insert a figure and title element when an image is selected. We've also added this action as a button on the DITA toolbar. However, we would like to change the position of this icon to be in-between the previous insert image button (we changed the ic...

Re: How to Configure the Proposed Profiling Attribute Values
Thanks Cosmin! We're very excited for these new options, specifically the DITA-OT project file support and filtering options. Is it possible to restrict the project or DITAVAL files that can be selected? For what it's worth, we do have profiling.conditions.set.list defined in our Oxygen project file...

Re: How to Configure the Proposed Profiling Attribute Values
Hi Cosmin, Thank you for your reply! I was able to copy the profiling.conditions.list from our project .xpr file and paste it into Web Author's options.xml file. It now works as expected. I was also able to use a Content Completion config file (cc_config.xml) to control the values that are suggested...

How to Configure the Proposed Profiling Attribute Values
Hi, We recently upgraded to Web Author v26 and we noticed that it includes a new dialog to easily add and modify profile attributes and their values. This is awesome! Unfortunately, the values that are listed in the dialog do not apply to our documentation so we would like to change the displayed va...

Re: Granular Control Over Which Elements Have Profile Attributes Shown in DITA Framework
Hi Radu. Thanks for your reply. That's unfortunate that the profiling attributes are not shown through CSS. We will investigate using a different, non-profiling attribute on the root element. I'm not optimistic that we will be able to simply because of the investment we've already made in adding thi...

Granular Control Over Which Elements Have Profile Attributes Shown in DITA Framework
Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to have more granular control over which elements have profiling attributes displayed when the Show Profiling Attributes option is selected. For example, in some DITA topics we're using the platform profiling attribute on the root topic element to enable some custo...

Re: Documentation for Extending a DITA Framework Operation?

Documentation for Extending a DITA Framework Operation?
Hi, I was wondering if you have any documentation about extending a default DITA Framework operation, specifically the ro.sync.ecss.extensions.dita.topic.InsertImageOperation? Button Form Control (oxy_button) Truncating Action Name

Re: Indicate When Topics Have Comments and/or Tracked Changes in DITA Map Viewer/Manager
Hi Cristian, After talking with our Java developer, we're concerned about the possible impact scanning all DITA files could have on Web Author's performance. We've received some negative comments from some of our users about Web Author's performance and so we'd like to avoid slowing down Web Author ...

Re: Indicate When Topics Have Comments and/or Tracked Changes in DITA Map Viewer/Manager
Hi Cristian, Thanks for your reply. That's unfortunate that it's not possible to stylize the topic names in the DITA Map view. Can you add this as a feature request, also with the possibility of controlling the style through CSS to make it a bit easier to manage? (With that in mind, it would be awes...

Indicate When Topics Have Comments and/or Tracked Changes in DITA Map Viewer/Manager

The reason for this is that our Web Author users and SMEs want to be able to quickly see...

Re: Preserve Whitespace For Elements with Specific Text

I understand your standpoint. My team would still find it a valuable addition, as we've discovered that the Preserve tex...

show.profiling.attributes Option Has No Effect
Hi, We're trying to use the show.profiling.attributes option, as mentioned in the User Guide: https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/6.0/ug-content-fusion/topics/cf-customizing-options.html However, it seems to have no affect on whether or not the actual profiling attribute and value is displayed. Re: Ability to Store Multiple Content Fusion Server Addresses and Switch Between Them in Connector Plugin
Hi Cosmin,
Thanks for this workaround! This will work for my purposes, although it's honestly still a bit of a hassle to switch between two different applications, especially when I tend to have different projects open across Oxygen XML Editor and Oxygen XML Author.
Thanks again!
