Syntax highlighting for XML language not working
I'm using Oxygen 22. I added a codeblock with language-xml as the outputclass, but it isn't doing any highlighting outside of regular monospaced font. Is this intentional or is something wrong?

Error when publishing to a Sharepoint library
After updating to Oxygen 22, when I try to publish directly to a Sharepoint library mapped to a folder in Windows 10, I get the error message "You do not have permission to save in the location: '{url}'." and the transformation fails. Is there an extra step I need to do now? I do have writ...

Can I categorize topics for webhelp outputs?
I'm authoring API documentation in markdown for output as both PDF and webhelp. I really want to organize the topics by the broad functionality of the APIs. Current DITA map structure: - map/API Documentation - map/Overview - map/Getting Started - map/Tutorials - map/Reference - [category1] - topic ...

Hi, I'm using Oxygen 21.1, build 2019071807 I created a small ditamap with a single markdown file to document an API. I added a code block as follows: ```json { element1 [ "key": "value", "key": value ] } ``` I tried generating using the default Webhelp Responsive scena...

How to style an iFrame in Webhelp Responsive?
We've embedded an Excel workbook as an iframe on a Webhelp transform, hosted on Sharepoint 2013. I'm trying to use the following code in the transformation scenario CSS to set the width, height, and alignment of the iframe element, but the styles aren't being applied. Am I going about this the right...

Re: Blank page generated before first page in PDF
Hello, Thank you for reporting this! We investigated this situation and, indeed, it appeared that the publication title is lost when using the "hide.front.page.toc.index.glossary" parameter. We already implemented a fix in our internal development stream and a new nightly build of the pub...

Blank page generated before first page in PDF
Using Oxygen XML Editor 21.1, build 2019061404 to create a PDF based on HTML and CSS. We used the parameter "hide-front-page-toc-index-glossary" to get rid of the cover page and TOC because we didn't need them. However, we needed to get the booktitlealt as a string for the footer so I re-e...

Page breaks not working as intended
Output type: PDF (DITA and CSS) Our output has headers and footers on each page. In a section with a title and a table, adding the page-break-after: avoid; rule to the CSS doesn't seem to work, as a page break still occurs between the title and the table, leaving the title orphaned on the previous p...

Tables with split rows have extra padding in the second row
In tables with split rows (see below), if the row is split into two rows from the second column onwards, the second row has extra padding on the bottom. If there are 3 or more rows in the split, there is no spacing problem. The only padding rule we have is 0.5em padding-top and 0.25em padding-bottom...

How to leverage the rev attribute to put change bars in the output
I'm trying to use the rev = 2.0 attribute on elements to show a change bar in the left margin. The current css I am using feels a little hacky: *[rev*="2.0"] { display: block; border-right: 2px solid #31728d; margin-right: -0.3in; padding-right: 0.3in; } This works for one type of publicat...

I verified the current implementation (from oXygen 21) and it does hyphenation at the case change. Do you use oXygen 20.1? If running with oXygen 21 and you still have problems, please send us using the transformation console log: https://www.oxygenxml.com/techSupport.html You can also download and...

Re: Overflow Wrap in Tables Overriding Hyphenation Rules
The problem is that we implemented overflow wrap using hyphenation. Anyway, is not a good idea to mix both of them, as there is no priority defined in the standard. Your situation is like this: - Some of the table cells contain API names, that are long, without dashes or underscores, but having a c...

Overflow Wrap in Tables Overriding Hyphenation Rules
We're using DITA-CSS PDF transforms to generate documentation. A lot of our content is in tables. Some of the content is typical words: Example table cell contents: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Mauris feugiat orci sed diam ultricies, et cursus purus mollis. Re: PDF - CSS (DITA) Transform Creates a Duplicate Blank First Page
Hi shannonextreme, There is indeed a discrepancy between the output obtained with 20.1 and the output obtained with 21. However, note that starting with the new version 21, there is a predefined parameter that you could use for this purpose. Just edit the transformation scenario, go to the Paramete...

PDF - CSS (DITA) Transform Creates a Duplicate Blank First Page
When generating a PDF using DITA-CSS transforms, a blank first page is generated. The front-page and toc are both hidden in the CSS file. This blank page is not displayed when generating the same DITA Map in v20.1. This is only visible when viewed in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Opening the merged.xml file...

Hyphens become visible in eight-character words before punctuation
Generating outputs using PDF (DITA and CSS) I'm using the overflow-wrap: break-word CSS attribute to wrap long words in table cells. I'm also using -oxy-hyphenation-character: " "; to remove the hyphen in wrapped words. The problem is, words with 8 or more letters before a punctuation symb...

Issues breaking strings of symbols in table cells
Some tables in our PDFs (DITA-CSS) have a string like the following: >>>>>>>>>>>9. In our PDF outputs, we use the overflow-wrap attribute to force long words to break within cells and not bleed. However, this doesn't force the >>>>>>>>>>9 string to break. We use the overflow-wrap: break-word; attrib...
