Rendering and flagging content from all conditions

Hi, We have single-sourced content for a product for two brands. We conditionalize the content using the product attribute. A regulatory body wants to see the difference between the manuals that we output for both brands. I am trying a PDF2 build that uses conditional flagging in a ditaval to output...

Re: Link index to specific point in topic in chm output

Hi Radu, Thanks for your response. The legacy content is does not follow best practices of modular content, so hence the awkward very long topics. I guess I will just need to rework the content at a later revision. I was just a bit confused as the instructions here (https://www.oxygenxml.com/dita/1....

Link index to specific point in topic in chm output

Hi I am migrating from Robohelp chm output to Oxygenxml out-of-the-box chm output. In Robohelp, the index links to specific points in long topics. In OxygenXML, I tried adding the <indexterm> element within a <p> tag in a topic. However, in the chm output, when I double-click an entry in the Index t...

Re: othertype notes using different note images

Hi, Thanks Radu. I have set the "other.svg" image that I use when type="other" is entered. However, I can't customise further based on the @othertype? Like I said, for different standards they have different symbols. I may have three "warning" style notes all needing a ...

othertype notes using different note images

Hi, I have a requirement for notes to use different images depending on what regulatory body they are following. For example, one warning label must have "Warning" and an ISO style symbol and another warning label must have "WARNING" (all caps) and a P65 warning symbol. These war...

Re: rendering of variable instead of values

Thanks Radu. I had installed a dita to PDF plugin. I compared directories and there were lots of changes... but I couldn't be sure what changes during build time and what is more fundamental. In the end I reinstalled Oxygen and that seemed to do the trick. I have taken a snapshot of the directory no...

rendering of variable instead of values

Hi Using OxygenXML Editor 19.1 on Windows 7. The maps appear as ${i18n(cc_map)} instead of the name of the map and the topics appear as ${i18n(cc_topicref)} in the DITA maps editor. In Author mode all the elements have a similar naming style, e.g. And the topics appear as ${i18n(cc_p)}. Any reason w...

Re: Figure numbering in chm output

Sorry for bumping up an old topic. I am using OxygenXML 19.1. I have figure title numbering in my chm output and I want to get rid of it as it. How do I do this? I think the instructions here: https://www.oxygenxml.com/forum/topic13798.html related to webhelp responsive. I am using the DITA Map CHM ...

Use Custom Build File to reorder PDF

Hi, After I build a PDF, I want to automatically reorder the pages using another .bat file. This reorders/reorientates the pages in the way I want. Can I automate this process? After the pdf has built, I want to add a further command to run this .bat file. I think I need to add an <exec></exec> to t...

renaming certain <b> elements with <uicontrol>

Hello, After migrating to DITA, all strong formatting was transposed as a <b> element. Some of these are ok to remain as <b>, but some of this content should be refactored as <uicontrol>. What would be the quickest way to search through the content, and easily refactor <b> elements as <uicontrol> wh...

So, if you have two topics that contains figures then the numbering will be reset in the second topic.

Figure numbering in chm output

Hi

How can I get figure numbering turned back on for chm output in Oxygen 19.1? There seems to be numbering for tables for not for figures.

Thanks
