Re: Footer issue in search-before-header template

Hi Alin, Leroy has left the company and I'm looking at this feature implementation. One thing I notice is that when we use the search and the predictive text displays, if there are chapter titles underneath, they aren't covered up by the predictive box. PredictiveTextBleeding.png Is it something tha...

Re: Scoring.properties help

Hi Radu, have you have a chance to look at this? I have another issue with the search where a word multilingual is in keywords/keyword yet when I search specifically for that word, it's not found. I'll resend my email with the earlier example. Thanks

Re: Scoring.properties help

Thanks Radu, I exported the files and sent them over to the support address. Curious if you have any thoughts on the matter and appreciate your help.

Scoring.properties help

I've been making some updates to the scoring.properties file. I've read the help topic, but I have a scenario I'm not sure about. In the output I have a title like this: Job Card PRE A001 - Third-Party Review Workstation Compatibility Checks When I search exactly for this title, it is not the first ...

webhelp responsive top menu is too sensitive and disappears too easily

Hi, We've gotten feedback from users that the top menu disappears too easily. We have some large doc sets and when someone has gone a few levels deep and moves their mouse a nanometer 😀 they don't like when the whole menu disappears on them. I've look in the help and other forum posts and don't see ...

Modify webhelp-responsive index

Hi, I'm looking at https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/22.1/ug-webhelp-responsive/topics/whr-process-overview.html Which explains that: whr-search-index Processes the generated HTML (for all DITA topics) to generate an index file. This index is used to implement the WebHelp search function. is th...

Re: Day / Night mode for webhelp stylesheets

Hi lonela,

Thanks for the reply. The request we've gotten from the user teams is something to toggle. Although a template might be helpful. Right now, we've customized our plug-in and I'd need to talk to our developer to see how changing templates would behave with our customizations.

Re: Webhelp responsive - numbered chapters/sections

Hi lonela, Can you add my vote too? Our users like headings so they can refer to specific sections of something. Imagine someone supporting an engineer in the field - go to this topic, section 1.1.1 or whatever... we would be chunking our output. Perhaps you can think of some alternative way for use...

Re: Day / Night mode for webhelp stylesheets

Is there a plan to have a "dark mode" included by default in the webhelp responsive product? Or is it something that the user still has to customize?

table row profiling is difficult

I help support many authors using oXygen Author. Lately, we've seen some struggles with profiling table rows. And profiling tables in general. Today we had a case where there was profiling on a tbody element. Not exactly sure how that happened, but I'm wondering if there are feature enhancements in ...

Re: images not in webhelp output, extra folder created

Thanks, lonela. Yeah, I ran that check. It finds the issues, which is great. But this is a conversion and there are numerous issues. 175 topics are affected. Ideally the publish would work. Looks like it's more an issue with how the 2.x toolkit processes images than it is with the plug-in. I can use...

images not in webhelp output, extra folder created

We are converting content from one XML to DITA. Conversions are messy and one side effect is we get some hrefs set incorrectly. If href="" or href="../" some local path that isn't valid the oXygen webhelp plug-in produces a new folder in the output directory in addition to the ox...

oXygen webhelp breaks all links when one href is empty

We are converting some content from another XML into DITA. Occasionally we run into problems where an href attribute is set like this href="" or href="../local path" - we are working in the Astoria CCMS, so local paths like this are no good. If this href issue is present just onc...
