Re: CSS association in Project file

Hi Radu,

thank you very much for your reply (as swift and competent as always - SyncRO Soft's user support is just amazing!).

Yes, the solution you proposed seems to be perfect to fulfill our needs.

Thank you again.

CSS association in Project file

Hi, I want to associate a bunch of files with a CSS file, without modifying the XML files themselves or modifying the framework that they use (they all use the same DITA framework, but we don't want to change the framework yet). As far as I remember, it is possible to set common preferences for a se...

Re: DITA preference for custom framework not persistent anymore

Hi Radu, sorry for my late reply. Thank you very much for your help. Without the add-on, Oxygen behaved as it should. We found out that there was indeed a problem in the add-on. Now that we have obtained a new version of the add-on where that problem has been fixed, everything works fine and we are ...

DITA preference for custom framework not persistent anymore

Hi, we use a custom-made DITA framework in Oxygen 19 that is installed via an Add-On. We know that we need to set 'Options | Preferences | DITA | DITA Open Toolkit' to "Custom" to make it work. With the first version of the Add-On, everything went fine. But now, with the second version of ...

Contributing to German localization of Oxygen UI

Hi,

I have found several minor misleading translations in the German version of Oxygen's menus.

Where and how can I contribute corrections to these transalations? (Directly in MO files or similar??)

Best,

Yves

Indent size not respected for one file

Hi, I have several XML files (they are all DITA maps) that are open in Text mode. Oxygen version: <oXygen/> XML Editor 18.0, build 2016081012 Indent size is set to 4 in the Preferences menu (Editor | Format). Indentation works correctly, i.e. uses 4 spaces to indent, for all of these files but one. ...

A purely visual "Format and Indent" function

Resuming what a number of people have expressed at the XML Prague 2015 Oxygen Users' Meetup, in Text Editing Mode, it would be very helpful if "Format and Indent" could render an indented view of the XML document without touching the document's whitespace at all. Few XML editors are capabl...

Re: Linux: Attribute value selection blanks out app window

It looks like an incompatibility between the Java virtual machine implementation and the window manager running on your Red Hat computer. What window manager do you use? I'm using Metacity. (RedHat 9A must definitely have come with an older JVM than 1.5.0_02.) Can you try with a recent version of J...

Linux: Attribute value selection blanks out app window

Hi, using Oxygen 9.1 under Linux (RedHat 9A, JVM in PATH is 1.5.0_02), I observed a very annoying bug: Only when the attributes panel is in "hide automatically" [1] mode, every time when I select the drop-down menu of an attribute with a enumeration of values, Oxygen's complete application...
