When I add a <hr> tag in the Oxygen editor, it is ignored before generating DITA XML. It looks like it's not supported. Is there an alternative for adding a horizontal line?

I want to change the label of note type "Tip." I want to change it from "Tip" to "ExampleNote."

I'm not able to find an API to access the Topic notes and add a note option to the dropdown. I've gone through the existing documentation but I couldn't find anything there. Please let me know the details.
