JQUERY 3.1.1 Compatible with Latest XML Editor?

Hi, I'm currently licensed to use Oxygen XML Editor 17.1 Professional. Due to a security requirement, the software that I'm documenting, and the webhelp output that's a part of it, must adhere to Jquery 3.1.1. Currently, my editor uses jquery 1.12.1. We tried updating the jquery.min.js file in the r...

Image Quality in PDF Output

Hi All, I'm currently using OxygenXML Editor 17.1 and use the default DITA Map PDF output as part of my transformation formats for a User Guide. The problem I'm having is that the default image quality of my PNGs are at a lower quality than I'd like. I've had a similar problem with MS Word Docs expo...

Re: Updating Jquery Plugin

Hi Bogdan, I wanted to give everyone a quick update on this issue. The debug suggestion you gave helped tremendously, but it also led to more questions as our fix may have been a fluke. The debugger gave the following error message: 2017:4:15 15:46:42.492 ERROR [JS]: Unable to get property 'msie' of...

Applying Condition Set to WebHelp Output Still Pulls Excluded Content in Search

Hi, I've started experimenting with the profiling/conditional build feature in OxygenXML, and plan on using the product attribute mostly (e.g., product A and product B). The process of marking topic refs, elements, etc. with different profiling attributes is fairly straightforward. However, when tes...

Re: Updating Jquery Plugin

Hi Bogdan, Thank you for taking the time to reply and assist. I have updated references to the updated jquery file in all the files you've listed (all 9). I've generated a new WebHelp output, but the player is now unable to display content in the main pane.[ The rest of the webhelp display, includin...

Updating Jquery Plugin

Hi, I'm trying to update the existing jquery-1.8.2.min.js to a more update-to-date jquery.min.js for my classic webhelp transformation output due to a customer request. I've been trying to follow the instructions in this post: https://www.oxygenxml.com/forum/topic13877.html, but I'm afraid my folder...

Re: PDF Transformation Problems with New PDF Plugin

Radu, thanks for your reply. It appears I was initially using DITA-OT 1.8. I tried switching over to DITA-OT 2.X in the preferences menu as you've instructed and my transformation ran into the similar problem of missing xsl files. I will try your suggestion of updating to the latest DITA-OT version....

PDF Transformation Problems with New PDF Plugin

Hi All, Please excuse my ignorance on a number of things in this topic as I'm a complete noob to XML authoring and DITA publishing in general. Here goes: I currently use OxygenXML Editor 17.1. After doing much research on customizing the default PDF transformation (PDF2) for my user manual, I've dec...

Blurry Images in PDF Transformation

Hi All, I'm a new OxygenXML user and haven't been successful in locating a topic in the forum that directly addresses this. When I transform my dita project to PDF, I notice that the images that appeared perfectly fine in XHTML (webhelp) turn out fairly blurry in the PDF transformation. I'm new to X...
