Does anyone know if it is possible with FO to create a page with multiple columns, where the columns have different width's?
And f it is possible to give borders to these columns?
I am working with DITA-OT2 and AntennaHouse as formatter.

Hi All, I have the situation that the citation of a footnote is published on one page and the footnote body is on the other page.
