Hi Radu, sorry for late reply. I tried the default PDF generator config. Links added inside the Hazard statement works here. So the customized config has to be edited.

I am sorry, Radu. I think my message was misleading. The image keyref I posted here was just for an example. The concern here was about the links in hazard element not printed as link in output PDF.

I have a snippet of an example. In the actual XML, there is no space after the xref element and a period. However, the PDF introduces a space.

Yes, I will try that. And, I am using oXygen via IXIASOFT.

When we insert Xref in the source, it creates a space after the link in PDF. How can it be corrected?

We update the Release number and Issue number in the DITA MAP Metadata that reflects in the cover page of the transformed PDF. I want to check whether there is a provision to update each XML Metadata at one go. This is required when i transform individual XMLs for review.

Thanks Radu. The figure links work fine if the PDF is transformed using Generic PDF scenario. Its not working when I use my client-specific scenario for transformation. So I have to ask my client to check the scenario.

Yes, I create table in Author mode. So we cant do this in oXygen? what if i have an existing guide and have to insert a row in the middle. I am currently editing all the serial numbers manually.

The memory change reflects in Help. This issue raises only when we work on large project file that contains many (approx. 700+) conref files. Some times the oXygen screen appears black and restarts automatically. For the other guides, there is no issue. I didnt get in touch with oXygen support team.

The error prompts when we work on a long file conref file. we just increase the memory and restart the oXygen application.

In the transformed PDF, figure reference links do not work. However, table reference links and topic cross-reference links work.

Similar error prompts for me. I use oXygen Author 17.1 and I have increased the memory in oxygenAuthor17.1.vmoptions file.
