Re: Change preview headings in Oxygen? (prereq, postreq)

Hi Radu-

I will send you an email with the files. I was completely mistaken - the formatting became jumbled so it appears that the topic filled with colspec tags but they were previously there.

Re: Change preview headings in Oxygen? (prereq, postreq)

Hi Radu- I'm working with Corinne on the CSS changes. We decided to change the prolog metadata labels first. I was able to successfully change the labels on my computer by creating a copy of and customizing the topic-metadata-prolog.css file. I added the css as an alternate style to a DITA extension...

Re: Distributing cc_config file, and effects

Hi Alex, I managed to get the elements constrained with a frameworks file (we conferenced with Radu the other day), but the attributes that I thought were removed via the config file are still appearing. This works when I add values: <!-- Contributes values for outputclass attribute --> <match attri...

Re: Distributing cc_config file, and effects

Hi Alex, This worked with attributes, but I could not get it to work with elements. I could only modify the elements list by creating a Document Type Associations DITA extension file. Now, my problem is that I have added Additional frameworks directories, and I cannot save the file locally to copy i...

Re: Distributing cc_config file, and effects

Thank you. I was able to remove the elements from the content completion menu and the elements menu by creating a dita extension file, but I was wondering why my rejectElements code in the cc_config file did not work on it's own - what am I doing wrong here? <!-- Element Proposals --> <elementPropos...

Distributing cc_config file, and effects

Hello- I modified our cc_config file to exclude certain elements for selection - I'm new to config files and I have few questions before distributing the files to the writers (they were just loaded with oXygen 18, so they are starting from scratch): [*]I only modified the excludeElements list for no...

CALS table formatting error - changes from multiple columns to one

I was working with an existing CALS table, inserted a column and rows, and then added all entries. The table formatting was fine, but after checking in and out of the content management system, the table formatting changed from 3 columns to one, and repeats the first row for each cell. The first row...

Create sortable table rows in webhelp

I can only find tutorials in Oxygen for sorting rows in the Author. How can I create sorting in webhelp output so that the user can click a column head and sort the row entries in ascending or descending order?

Creating acronym and trademark entries

I just switched from XMetal to Oxygen and I can't figure out how to create simple acronym definitions. I looked through creating glossary entries, but I don't want to create a directory of acronyms at the end of the document, just have the writers tag each acronym and have it defined on the first in...
