How to delete certain attributes of the whole xml

Hy,

i have xml with cca 5000 products. I need to delete some attributes becouse further rapid proccesing data.

For example i have:

PRODUCT
product id
reference
price
availible
...

In that way for 5000 products.

How can now i delete all reference or any other attribute in all xml?
