Re: GUI bug when inserting draft-comments

I insert the draft-comment via ENTER and then selecting it in the list. For example: <ul> <li>Test 1</li> <li>Test 2</li> </ul> I place the cursor after the <ul> tag. Then click ENTER and select draft-comment via double-click or ENTER. Result: The draft-comment is moved inside the first <li></li>. I...

GUI bug when inserting draft-comments

Hi, depending on where you insert a draft-comment element, the element is displayed differently. If I insert it at a valid position, it is displayed as intended (green + author name). If I insert at it at a non-valid position, Oxygen automatically moves the draft-comment element to the closest valid...

Re: WebHelp Responsive search: How do "Stop Words" work?

Thanks for your answer. We know how to localize the WebHelp output, I mean something different here. The search considers some words as so called "stop words". This means, they are not considered when searching for terms. There are two strings that mention stop words: No results were found...

Re: WebHelp Responsive search: How do "Stop Words" work?

Correction: I've just realized that the Spanish translation was done by a colleague of mine and not by you. So the more general question: How should we deal with translating the strings in the WebHelp search?

WebHelp Responsive search: How do "Stop Words" work?

Hello, first of all thank you for the new search capabilities in Oxygen 19. We are currently translating the new search strings in our various languages. Two strings mention the "stop words", such as "of", "the", and "by". How does this work in other languages...

Re: Add scroll up button to webhelp

Just want to add my +1. We've added a "to top" button via CSS at the end of each page, but this solution here is much nicer. Should be a regular option in one of the next Oxygen releases.

Re: XML to XML transformation with Feature Differentiation (ditaval)

Radu is right. We'd like to have the same topics but only with the content of a certain feature differentiation. DITA to DITA so to say. Or XML to XML. The XHTML output, for example, resolves all variables and related links. This is not what we want. We want to stick remain an XML source to give to ...

Re: Issue with automatically generating PDF properties/meta-data

Thank you for pointing this out. Too bad we are not using bookmaps. I will play around with the code a little bit to see if there are some workaround. At least some of the properties work already.

XML to XML transformation with Feature Differentiation (ditaval)

Hello, we have a large documentation project that includes different products and therefor a lot of feature differentiation. Now we want to release the smallest product out of this project and need to translate it first. The problem is that we don't want to translate every topic of the whole project...

Issue with automatically generating PDF properties/meta-data

Hi, when creating PDF, we want to automatically add meta-data to the PDF properties. I used the xsl:template "createMedadata" in the root-processing_fop.xsl for this. Some things work fine, some don't. What works so far: ⋅ Title of main ditamap is added as the title in the PDF pr...

If anybody else experiences this issue. The latest version of Acrobat Pro, called Acrobat Pro DC, fixed this issue for us.

Comparing works fine again with Acrobat Pro DC.

Right, such an option would be nice.

Your other suggestion is also interesting. We have to think about using key-based references at one point eventually.

Export DITA Map: Making it optional whether to include related topics or not

Hi, I've got a feature request for the Export DITA Map option. With this function, we zip all ditamaps and topics that belong to a translation project. The zip file contains all topics that are referenced by the ditamaps and also all topics that are referenced in other topics. This is totally fine i...

Is there a fix in sight for this? Some topics in our WebHelp look very weird because of it. It makes navigation past those shared topics very difficult.

Re: WebHelp Responsive: Procedure, Example, After Completing This Task, etc. titles missing

Great, this works. I did the changes in the DITA-OT (not 2.x) folder that we are using. I didn't know that the example title was exclusive to the taskbody. Doesn't seem that logical to me, since the example element is available in the refbody and conbody as well. Anyway, glad to have it now. Thank y...

Yes, we would like to have the title everytime, we are using the example element. For example, in the conbody of a concept topic.

Sorry for pushing this again.

Can you think of a way to also make the "Example" title appear? We would like to highlight examples in the same way as "Note", "Important", or "Tip".

WebHelp Responsive: Shared topics not linked correctly

Hello, there is a bug in the WebHelp Responsive output in Oxygen Editor 18.1 (build 2016112217). I have a ditamap that contains several sub-ditamaps.
