Re: count different child elements

Hi Mario,

Try this:

Code: Select all

count(/A/B1 | /A/B2)

using "|" you can concat two (or more) node sequences.

Re: Cut, copy, and move comments

Hi Julie, If you cut, copy or paste the text over which the comment is placed, the comment should go along with it. Other than that, indeed you cannot copy only the comment callout/bubble and paste it in another location. I will add an improvement request for this in our issues list. How would you s...

Re: Webhelp classic, modfying XSL - can I case off of profiling attributes or transform parameters?

Hi, There is no such list of ANT param to XSLT param mappings. I had to search through "DITA-OT2.x/plugins/com.oxygenxml.webhelp.responsive/build_dita_template.xml" to see how the "args.default.language" is used. Why did you need this information in your XSLT code? If you wanted ...

Re: Filter validation errors by location

Hi Peter, This API ro.sync.exml.workspace.api.editor.page.WSTextBasedEditorPage.getStartEndOffsets(DocumentPositionedInfo) should help, it should return offsets mapped directly in the Author contents and after this you can use the "AuthorDocumentController" to get the node at offset. By th...

Re: Exact license/version of Saxon 9.8 EE for XQuery in oXygen 20.1, general EE or only EE-Q

Hi,

The Saxon 9 which comes with Oxygen 20.1 (and older) has a full Saxon EE license (when run from Oxygen) which also does schema aware XSLT.

Re: With Find Replace how to stop on just replaced ?

Hi,

In Oxygen 21 (beginning of 2019) you will have in the Find Replace dialog both "Replace" and "Replace/Find" buttons and the "Replace" button will no longer jump to the next match.
I'll update this forum thread when Oxygen 21 becomes available.

Re: Is there a plug-in that supports editing Restructured Text?

Hi,

Sorry but we do not yet have such a plugin for Oxygen.
Oxygen comes also as a plugin for the Eclipse workbench and there seems to be a Restructured plugin for the Eclipse workbench so maybe you can use Eclipse with both the Oxygen and that ReST Editor plugin installed.

Re: Autocompletion for elements with IDREF data type

Hi Andreas, Indeed I tested and right now Oxygen does not properly gather ID values defined inside element text content. This has never worked in Oxygen and you are the first one reporting it so probably there are not that many people using ID/IDREFs with element values. I think we can make this wor...

Hi Martin, So: So does oXygen actually try to run that code when it gives the "XQuery module validation/execution is not supported. Please validate/execute the main XQuery file" and Saxon fails to run it or is that error caused by some non-XQuery evaluation, code sniffing or parsing attemp...

Re: How to use loop in a loop XML

Hi,

This is a forum for users of the Oxygen XML Editor application.
We occasionally help people who use XSLT stylesheets to process XML documents but in your case you seem to use some kind of PHP-based template engine and we do not have experience with this.

Hi Martin, Both Oxygen and Saxon are Java application. There are various URL protocols like "file", "http" or in your case "data". Some of them are implemented in the standard Java libraries bundled with the Java Virtual Machine but "data" is not one of them. ...

Hi, So: The transformation scenario parameters (such as args.default.language). The args.default.language ANT parameter should be passed to an XSLT parameter called $DEFAULTLANG which you can try to use in your XSLT. * The Oxygen profiling attributes (such as when I run a scenario with audience=&quo...
