PDF Customization Without Front Matter
Hi, I would like to create a new PDF customization for short documents that do not require a cover page and a TOC . What I had in mind was to use a DITA bookmap with a single chapter, using a slightly modified header and the minitoc as the front page; the rest of the document would be only the body,...

Re: <i> tags not processed when nested in <section><p> tags
I added some customizations. But most of them works just fine. One of the thing I noticed when using customization is that I sometimes need to add a XSL file from the org.dita.pdf2\xsl path (without even modifying it) to my customization folder for the processing of some tags. That was the case for ...

<i> tags not processed when nested in <section><p> tags
One of my DITA concepts contains the following text in its <conbody> element: ... <section> <title>DNS Server</title> <p>A DNS (Domain Name System) server allows the use of symbolic names rather than IP addresses for network devices. For example, a protocol might refer to a substation device as <i>r...

Re: Images disappear from PDF when using command line
Hi Radu, Thanks for the fast reply ! I use Oxygen XML Author version 14.2 build 201302115. I use the internal DITA OT that comes with that version (1.6.1). I tried to change the backslash to a slash in the href property of the image, but that did not work. Is Apache FOP 1.0 pre-installed with Oxygen...

Images disappear from PDF when using command line
I am trying to automate the PDF generation of my DITA-based manuals by calling the DITA OT from the command line, instead of using Oxygen. Everything works fine under Oxygen, but when calling the DITA OT from the command prompt, images disappear from the resulting PDF. The following error message ap...
