XProc 3.0 Support
Hi, Having glanced through the 26.0 release notes and still finding no mention of XProc 3.0 support, I would like to formally ask you consider adding it. The core specs are stable (and have been for a year), and there is a stable XProc 3.0 processor, MorganaXProc-IIIse, that supports the entire test...

Re: Continuing CSS counter numbering on two levels
Thanks, Radu, much appreciated. I'll have a look at the oxy_xpath() function. It does sound like that could solve the problem.

Continuing CSS counter numbering on two levels
Hi, I'm trying to write a CSS for an oXygen authoring framework for a customer DTD where I have nested lists like so: A. Item 1 (1) Subitem 1 (2) Subitem 2 B. Item 2 (1) Subitem 3 (2) Subitem 4 <list1> <l1item> <para>Item 1</para> <list2> <l2item> <para>Subitem 1</para> </l2item> <l2item> <para>Subi...

Re: Missing tabs in editor
Hi Radu, Thanks, I'll try that. Interestingly, oXygen does sometimes recognise the current screen resolution and scales accordingly, seemingly without any action or change from me, both when I'm connected to a large screen and use scaling factor 1 and when I'm using the laptop screen and scaling fac...

Re: Missing tabs in editor
Hi Cosmin, Thanks - I'm running it now and the issue has indeed been fixed. A related question, though: as I mentioned earlier in this thread, oXygen no longer appears to automatically recognise my screen resolution. Instead I have to edit the vmoptions as described. I assume this is because the Jav...

Re: Missing tabs in editor
Hi Adrian, Missed your reply, earlier, so trying this now with the new build. Where, exactly, should I insert that oXygen scaling property? I thought the obvious place would be either vmoptions or the menu launcher command "/opt/Oxygen XML Editor 22/oxygen22.0" %U but neither seems to care...

Re: Missing tabs in editor
Hi Adrian, Yes, I have a 4k screen and had to manually add -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=2 to vmoptions since oXygen no longer seems to scale up automatically - the earlier versions recognised my screen resolution and scaling (I'm scaling everything x2) but 22.0 does not. It's a bit of an annoyance - I have ...

Linux install no longer adds start menu items
Hi, It appears that the Linux 64-bit installation package no longer adds start menu items (tested on Ubuntu 19.10 with the Cinnamon 4.0 desktop with XML Editor 22.0, build 2020021016). 21.x and earlier versions all added the start menu items for the Editor, Author, Diff, etc, so the problem is new f...

Missing tabs in editor
Hi, I'm running oXygen XML Editor v 22.0 on Ubuntu 19.10 with the Cinnamon desktop. I've noticed a little bug in displaying open tabs in the editor - with more tabs open than the editor width allows, the rightmost tabs aren't displayed and there will be a space between the rightmost visible tab and ...

Hi Radu,
Thanks for replying so quickly.
I've sent the necessary XML and XSLT to you through the support form, as the content is proprietary and belongs to my employer.
Best,

DocBook Attributes Pane Bug?
Hi, I've been converting HTML to DocBook and sometimes, when the editor opens the result of an XSLT transformation, I can see an attribute duplicated in the Attributes list to the right. For example, given this XML fragment, a result of converting HTML index pseudo markup to DocBook index markup: <i...

Re: Cannot enter a caret after Ubuntu upgrade
Just a note: I've switched the Ubuntu keyboard to Swedish (no dead keys) and can now enter the caret and others. Doing it in a single operation - no need to hit Space after Shift+^.
Odd that the default Swedish layout is broken like this, though.

Cannot enter a caret after Ubuntu upgrade
Hi, I was on Ubuntu 18.04 with the Cinnamon desktop and a Swedish-configured keyboard on a Lenovo X1 Carbon 5th gen laptop. Today, I upgraded to 18.10 and noticed that I lost the ability to produce a caret character (^) in oXygen Editor, version 20.1 (the latest build, fetched today). It gives me a ...

Re: Author Mode Formatting Oddity
Hi, Re the US Letter width: thanks--I was wondering how I could have missed it, having written I don't know how many papers using oXygen through the last ten years, but it being introduced in 17.1 explains it. :) I've edited the vmoptions file using scale factor 2, with varying results. In Ubuntu 15...

Re: Author Mode Formatting Oddity
Hi Radu, Sorry, I should have included the oXygen version. It's 17.1 and the latest build. There is actually a <programlisting> that takes up the "page" width. Just noticed it now, it's just a single line and I was just too surprised to look carefully. The Full width setting helped--thank ...

Re: Reopen document, reopen project menus in Ubuntu 15.04
Hi, Changing to OpenJDK didn't help, unfortunately. The tags are still present in the menu and I can't access the menu bar items using the keyboard. I also think the applications is a bit slower to react with the OpenJDK, so I'll probably revert to the built-in JRE. The problem is an inconvenience b...

Reopen document, reopen project menus in Ubuntu 15.04
Hi, I recently upgraded my Ubuntu box from 14.10 to 15.04. This has caused oddities in the oXygen menu listings for Reopen documents and Reopen projects. The documents and projects are still listed but are now visibly wrapped in <html> and <span> elements. I also noticed that the keyboard shortcuts ...
