Re: Oxygen overrides Subversion

Hello, Please let us know the exact steps you do and how you find out that the read-only flag is removed (please also check its existence before doing any operations in Oxygen/SVN Client). From your message, it is not clear if you use Subversion (SVN) as a technology and Oxygen (the application) cha...

Re: SVN Client deprecated?

Hello, According to our documentation, our Syncro SVN Client application is only compatible with Subversion 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8 versions, that are currently out-dated and out of support (the last security fix available for version 1.8 being released in August 2017). For this reason, we decided to make...

Re: SVN client: prevent closing app without checking in changes

Hi, There are no options through which to force the SVN client to automatically synchronize/update the working copy data when oXygen starts. Neither to remind the user to commit any local changes before closing oXygen. I've just filed a new improvement request on our issue tracking system, to which ...

Re: Diff Files and Dirs: Add Ignore Element order for XML documents

Hello, No, the feature is not available. In the latest iterations to Diff tools, our developers concentrated on adding diff support between documents presented in the Author editing mode. From what I know, implementing the requested feature is not a too easy job to do and there is no estimation abou...

Re: Synco SVN Client and svn:global-ignores

Hello, To use the global-ignores property, make sure it is active in the SVN configuration file (no '#' characters at the beginning of the text line, before the property name) and all its values are on a single line (with the property name), separated by an empty space. The property (and the " ...

Re: SVN Client branching

Hi, Yes. This is a base operation for SVN and any SVN client should provide a way to create branches and tags. At the base, a branch (or a tag) is nothing else than a "cheap" copy of a versioned item (file or directory) and it is created by the "svn copy" command. In Syncro SVN C...

Re: Default Options in the Find/Replace in Multiple Files Dialog

Hello,

I assume that by book you mean a DITA bookmap.
Anyway, the Find/Replace in Files dialog box was designed to preserve the last search options, so that there would be less to configure for a similar subsequent search. There is no way to impose a specific search scope.

Re: Schematron invalidation message on included patterns

Hello, A Schematron schema contains the <schema> element as root element. A Schematron file that contains any other element as root is not a valid Schematron schema by its own. Such files can be used only in inclusions within a valid Schematron schema (like in your master file). That's why the inclu...

Re: Show path anywhere?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the XPath field is not resizable. If the paths are too long, then I recommend to use the XPath/XQuery Builder side view. You can move it at the bottom of the oXygen window so that it has a horizontal layout and the paths will be fully displayed.

Hello, It seems that you actually encountered two issues. The second one is that the syntax highlight feature stops working if th...
