Given a 'library' of xslt templates, functions, I want to use
that in various places. Could be href='xxx.xsl' or href='../f/xxx.xsl' or href='concat($path,"xxx.xsl")'
Currently there seems to be no way I can vary this using say, an avt.
Any reason this shouldn't be an avt?
