I have developed a xslt with verson 1.1. I have took the reference from MK's Book (XSLT 2nd edition) page 208 and its working fine
You are probably looking for xsl:result-document.
...and thanks david once again for the clue. Finally it is working

In the 3rd edition 1.1 has been dropped almost completely from the written text. It is mentioned in the history section and in a very few instruction descriptions, only where confusion may rise. Like with the xsl:document instruction: " It should not be confused with the <xsl:document> instruction described in the abandoned XSLT 1.1 working draft....".

There is no processor available that can or will claim XSLT 1.1 conformance (there is not even a REC), so why would you bother developing on an abandoned spec?
