Well, if it's XSLT 2.0 with a command line inspired by xsltproc that you want then gestalt is for you.
e.g.
gestalt my.xsl my.xml >my-out.xml

Yes, and both are quite a bit more complex than using xsltproc. :-( Classpath is evil.
