Not sure it matters, but I use version "SAXON 8.7.1 from Saxonica" (verified with xsl:vendor).

Here it goes (just to be sure, I included all the heading information as well). Just run A.xslt with Saxon8B and you get "E No value supplied for required parameter redefine-me]"
