I like "key delegation" but most people hearing it for the first time won't have a clue. A good technical term is self-explanatory (at least used in the proper context).
Key delegation might be a very nice way of describing it for advanced thinkers, even if not all de-duplication is key delegation. (Are you always delegating keys when one deduplicates a list?)
p.s. it's fun to come to this debate late.
