Oxygen by Synchrosoft (http://www.oxygenxml.com) -- its available as a standalone or a plug in for Eclipse - it will work with any XSLT JAXP compliant library and it will debug XSLT.
I'm very happy with it -- well worth the money.

Hi all, could somebody recommend a good xslt editor/transformer using Xalan? Currently I'm using JEdit with a Xalan/Xslt plug-in but have found it to be not so quite stable and I wondering what else is out there that is worthy.
