The simple way to handle strings containing " and ' is to use an RTF
variable:

<xsl:variable
name="from">'!@#$%^*(),:;.?/\[]{}|=+-_*"&amp;&gt;&lt;</xsl:variable>

... translate(name, $from, '_______________________')...
