Hello

I appreciate if somone could help me with this.

I am trying to convet one xml into html.
If i use
xslt i get correct xml result. but if i try same logic
with xsl I dont

<xsl:variable name="listcount">
   <xsl:number level = "multiple"
          count = "/doc/Attribute./@name=$attrname2]
                   /List/ListMember" format="1" />
</xsl:variable>

This works in xslt but not in xsl. means I get proper
value of listcount. is there any work around?

TIA.

Prashant

Here is the xml I am using.-
 <doc>
 <Attribute name="ECNType" type="List">

  <ListMember>Bom Change</ListMember>
  <ListMember>Initial Release</ListMember>
  </List>
  </Attribute>
 <Attribute name="ECNNumber" type="List">
 <List>
  <ListMember>ECN100001</ListMember>
  <ListMember>ECN100002</ListMember>
  <ListMember>ECN100003</ListMember>
  </List>
  </Attribute>
 <Attribute name="RFQNumber" type="List">
