The problem
might be the total column length is more than what I
have specified in the table level. I want to make both
of them same.

You must provide column widths if you use FOP. You'll
probably want to use the proportional-column-width()
function in order to let the processor calculate the
exact amount. There are examples linked from the FAQ.
