<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
  xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";
                                                 ^^^
  xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml";>
                                           ^^^

Remove the ';'

You only want whitespace between attribute values - definitely no
semi-colons!
