With FOP and Acrobat Reader on Linux:

200B --> Draws a space and allows line break.
200C --> Draws a # and does not allow line break.

- (hyphen) --> Draws a hyphen and does not allow line break.


I need to be able to turn:

Into something that can be broken into:

I am a bit lost with all this Unicode and fo:character thing...
