Dave you need to correct the last two lines.
As correctly explained in that section the local file path syntax is
mapped to the uniform URI style with / so VMS [a,b,c] becomes a/b/c
but then there's a typo in the windows example: in mapping from windows
paths with \ you similarly need to change them all to /.
